Group Exercise


One of the best ways to reach your fitness goal is to enjoy the time spent getting there. At RTHC, we have a vast array of classes to help you on your road to success. But more importantly, we guarantee you will have fun along the way! 

• ZUMBA: Combines Latin and International rhythms with easy to follow dance and fitness moves to make a fantastic cardio dance party. The best way to burn calories while having fun!

• 3.2.1. :   Three minutes of cardio, two minutes of strength training and one minute of core. Awesome workout with short burst of exercise for burning more calories.

• AGELESS ATHLETES:  Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercise designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activity for daily living skills.

• AQUA: A great cardio workout that will also tone and strengthen your muscles. This class will meet at the Community Center until weather permits the use of outdoor pool.

• CARDIO SCULPT:  Total body workout. Intervals of cardio and strength. Class is great fun for all levels.

• CARDIO TENNIS:  A great way to get in shape and to burn calories. You do not have to be a tennis player. High energy workout for all abilities.

• CARDIO MIX: This high energy, fat burning workout incorporates traditional high and low impact moves with athletic aerobic movements.

 OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE: This class will use light to medium weights combined with lots of repetition to work individual muscle groups. You will feel the burn.

• PI-YO: A blend of Pilates and Yoga designed to lengthen andstrenghen your muscles. A great, low-impact way to increase balance, agility, and flexibility. 

• POWER HOUR: Boot Camp drill class full o faction packed boxing, plyo and cardio moves.

• SENIORS IN MOTION:  Learn movements created specifically for active and under active mature adults. Increase your strength, your endurance and flexibility.

 • SPINNING: Take an exciting ride on the stationary bike. One hour of cardio involving a variety of differnt intensities and speeds.

• SHIFT N' LIFT: Combine endurance and strength training in once class with 30 minutes of spinning to improve your cardiovascular fitness level adn 30 minutes of strength training to increase muscle tone and strength. Be prepared to sweat.

• S.E.T: Strength endurance training (S.E.T) is a cardio/strength combination class that aternates strength training exercises and cardio training to sculpt every major muscle group. A truly balanced workout that will get your heart pumping.
